ISAs are simply wrappers that allow investments to benefit from tax-efficiency on the returns that they yield.HM Treasury has announced that subscriptions to ISAs will continue to be permitted in the future allowing any UK resident aged 18 or over (including a Crown Employee or the spouse of a Crown Employee if over 18) to invest up to the eligible annual maximum sum for income or capital growth with tax-efficient results.
